Dr, Fraczek is a California Board Certified Licensed Chiropractor.. Graduating from Southern California University of Health Sciences earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree, he takes evidence based Rehabilitative approach to chiropractic care emphasizing corrective exercises and progressions, thorough neurologic and orthopedic examinations, and a patient centered approach to provide the tools as well as guidance for patients to address pain generators, improve outcomes and prevent future occurrences.
We want to perform due diligence, taking the time with you to take a thorough exam and identify how you can address your pain by teaching you the tools you need to progress along with hands on care.
My goal is to teach you how control of your pain and know exactly how to get back to your daily life and activities.
